During the past decade or so, I have arrived at realization that choosing the appropriate retirement fund after witnessing my dad lose nearly all of his retirement because of not choosing to invest his money the proper way. Now, my father, who is seventy, is still working to offset his  Social Security income. Firms like the Better Business Bureau (BBB) provide ratings and reviews from many IRA companies. The BBB is a good place to start but their is still several other companies that provide relative information pertaining to reviews of other IRA companies.


Another company that provides ranking and testimonials is Trustlink. Trustlink uses a star ranking scale. The more stars, the better the ranking.

Then we have the Business Consumer Alliance (BCA). The BCA also provides reviews and testimonials on many of the top companies who can assist you in rolling over you IRA in a Gold IRA. The only setback to some of these review sites is that it is not a level playing field. For example, a company that has been in business for 20 years has a 5 star rating with 3 or 4 complaints. On the other side, a new company is rated and has 5 stars and 1 complaint but is still ranking with the better companies because age is not being taken into consideration.
